By purchasing from GNC Homes you agree to these terms. All products are digital: self-paced courses, downloadable resources, and remote advisory services. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are final, all-inclusive amounts — applicable tax and any delivery are already included, and nothing further is added at checkout. Course access and downloadable files are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed. Advisory services are delivered remotely against the scope described for each product.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and deliver your product: your name, email address, and any contact detail you provide, along with your order record. We use it to send your confirmation, deliver your files or intake form, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information. Payment is handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout; we do not store full payment-card numbers. You may contact support to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, subject to records we must keep for accounting.

Refund policy

Because courses and bundles are digital products delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once course files or access have been delivered. If a product is faulty, misdescribed, or you were charged incorrectly, contact support and we will make it right — a repair, a replacement, or a refund, whichever fits the problem.

For remote advisory services, you may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations after that point, or a missed session, are billed in full unless we agree otherwise in writing.
